Notice to our Guests Please be advised that, effective immediately, the Marblehead School Lunch Program has suspended, pending further discovery, the use of beef products treated with ammonium hydroxide. This process will include conversations with all involved agencies. Those entities include Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (formerly Department of Education) and USDA-Food and Nutrition Services, as well as nutrition and food safety authorities. While there is no scientific evidence to suggest that these products are anything less than wholesome and nutritious, we want to reassure our guests that we are serving the best products available.
